Located in the up and coming area of Dubai South, this imposing hotel is built on a 15,370 m2 plot of land adjacent to the new Al Maktoum International Airport.  606 rooms and suites as well as all the facilities expected from a modern hotel are distributed over 7 floors.  The whole rests on a 2-level vast parking basement.

Challenge in focus: The complexity of the interiors combined with a very tight construction schedule linked to Dubai Expo 2020 makes of this project a great and interesting challenge.
