Beach Towers

The two 29-story residential towers rest on a common podium to form an imposing structure in a prime location of Shams Abu Dhabi, Reem Island.  The beautifully shaped curved facades envelope 439 apartments.  Users benefit from parking facilities and enjoy amenities offered in modern buildings including a gymnasium and an outdoor swimming pool.

Challenge in focus: As our client had sold off-plan apartments in these towers to individuals, it was crucial to handover to purchasers on time. We managed to complete construction within the time frame despite the challenging regulations of the master development.
