Novotel Hotel

Built to service Dubai’s Healthcare City and its surroundings, the Novotel Hotel features 220 rooms spread over 12 floors.  The building rests on a 2-level parking podium and a basement and offers guests a pleasant stay in a very modern setting.

Challenge in focus: As with most hotels, the time frame to complete construction was very strict.
