Covering a 4,000 m2 surface in a congested quarter of Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi, the imposing 22-story building provides a 3-story underground parking garage, a shopping zone, an office floor and 320 apartments whose occupants also benefit from a landscaped leisure area, a gymnasium and a swimming pool on the 21st floor.

Challenge in focus: We have always been proud of our expertise in constructing in congested areas. Nothing portrays it better than this project, which site was situated in a difficult-to-access crowded neighborhood with buildings bordering it tightly from all sides.
