Residential Tower

Situated in Najmat Abu Dhabi, Reem Island, the project consists of 28 residential floors engulfing 283 apartments and resting on a 4-level podium. The amenities floor topping the podium includes an outdoor swimming pool and a gymnasium.

Challenge in focus: Despite the challenges faced due to covid pandemic, from logistical constraints to regular quarantining of staff and labours, this residential tower was completed on time to provide additional 283 luxurious apartments in Reem Island.
