This 33-story iconic five-star hotel is located on the sandy beach, just a short stroll from Abu Dhabi Mall, and features 300 rooms as well as business and leisure amenities. The structure rests on a 3-level basement and imposes itself with an impressive and unique inclined facade.

Challenge in focus: The inclined structure makes concrete and MEP works one of the most challenging aspects of this project.
